About our home...
This is a wonderfully large house in emaculate condition - it sits on two large lots on Susan Lake just two miles from downtown Charlevoix. The living area is well defined and roomy. Master bedroom and bath are upstairs with adjoining office space overlooking the back yard and lake. One bedroom and full bath on main floor, with bedroom and full bath in basement. Washer/Dryer are new as are the other appliances in the kitchen. Full kitchen with lots of counter space and breakfast bar.

We also have a wood-fired sauna down by the lake which is a dream on those brisk autumn nights or deep winter days.
